Don’t take life too seriously:
Some people are serious about life because they believe that life is too serious. They assume that being serious will lead to happiness or success.
I understand that mistakes and failures can be serious, but that doesn’t mean we take life too seriously. Giving too much importance to life means we will miss the fun of life. Life is much more than work or money. Taking things too seriously can drive you crazy. Serious thoughts can lead to stress. You may be serious at work, but develop a sense of humor and fun in your spare time. Embrace spirits and optimism. Be childish at times. Learn to laugh and enjoy watching funny movies. Surround yourself with funny people. The time has come for you to shed light on life.
Remember life is a journey, and if that journey is serious and tedious, you want that journey to be short. Have fun and enjoy the ride. Do whatever you want to make it entertaining and colorful. Make this journey entertaining by adding humor.
As Mark Twain once said, “Be careful about reading health books. You can die from misprints.”
2-Focus on current only:
It is amazing that most people do not live in the present time. Some are overwhelmed by their past, and others dream of the day about their future plans. Some people try to escape from their problems at the present time.
Survive and enjoy this moment. Program yourself not to stay in the past. Get rid of any memories of the past. You feel cheerful and alive when you are in the present moment. The future is always a mystery. You can make plans for the future, but in order to achieve those plans you need to take the experience of the present. Remember that living in the past does not mean you are free of emotions. Surviving the future means you are dreaming. Happiness is based on the present. One must realize the truth that your past will not determine your future. Your connection between the present past and the future. The only and best way to live your life is to survive in the moment.
3- Travel:
Travel at least once a year and go to remote places. Go beyond your local environment. There are many benefits to traveling. When you travel you break your routine and replenish your energy, mental, physical, and emotional strength. Travel can also be an opportunity to learn new skills, learn about new cultures and meet new people.
